Vanessa is a committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. She strongly believes that with God all things are possible, to those who believe. Life for Vanessa has not always been easy. She has learned that God cares about all of the trials, circumstances and situations she has experienced. Through God's grace, forgiveness, and unconditional love, she has received healing and restoration from life transitions, personal growth, marriage issues, anxiety, parenting and so much more. Through it all she has learned to trust in Jesus. Her faith is stronger and she has come to know God more and experience deeper levels of intimacy with Him through the Holy Spirit. In addition, during her twenty plus years of being a stay home mom, many women of all ages have sat in her living room on "The Sofa" and poured out their hearts. Vanessa's home was a safe haven, and these women were heard, seen, and loved with compassion and biblical truth. The word of God brought new hope, healing, restoration and transformation into their lives.

As a Holistic Biblical Counselor, Vanessa is especially passionate about serving women who are struggling in their marriages, relationships, parenting, and personal growth. She has been married 37 years, mother of 6 daughters, and she loves family time, reading the bible, bike riding, journaling, fishing, exercising, bowling and hanging out with girlfriends.

WBW does not accept insurance, however, we try to maintain a feasible amount for women to receive counsel. If payment is a deterrent for counseling, please reach out to womenbecomingwhole@gmail.com as oftentimes we can partner with your local church to see if they can help support you for counseling.
