If you’re a Christian who carries a lot, you may look calm and capable on the outside, but inside, you’re tired.

Not just physically tired, but emotionally stretched, reactive, or numb.

This is a call to healing.

It’s for those ready to identify what’s driving them, what’s draining them, and what needs to be rewired and restored.

This is about becoming whole, so you can live, love, and lead from a place of deep peace, emotional clarity, and alignment with God’s design.

Pamela Horton is a Holistic Coach and Biblical Counselor who helps overwhelmed Christians heal emotional patterns, renew the mind, and grow in emotional and spiritual maturity through a compassionate, Christ-centered approach that integrates biblical wisdom and neuroscience.

She works with individuals and couples navigating burnout, trauma, emotional reactivity, neurodivergence, grief, relationship challenges, and chronic overwhelm, especially high-capacity professionals, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, and every day Christians who appear strong externally, but feel emotionally exhausted internally. Pamela is passionate about helping people move from survival patterns into greater peace, clarity, relational health, and deeper connection with God and others.

Drawing from both professional experience and her own redemptive journey, Pamela creates a safe and grounded space for healing, reflection, growth, and practical transformation. Her approach combines biblical truth, emotional regulation tools, nervous system awareness, and practical discipleship to help clients respond with greater wisdom, steadiness, and self-control in everyday life and relationships.

WBW does not accept insurance, however, we try to maintain a feasible amount for women to receive counsel. If payment is a deterrent for counseling, please reach out to womenbecomingwhole@gmail.com as oftentimes we can partner with your local church to see if they can help support you for counseling.

What is Biblical Counseling?

Biblical counseling is care for a person in crisis or needing personalized support from a Biblical perspective.

-REVIEWS-

“Before working with Pam, I was overwhelmed, angry, stressed, and losing myself in the process. Through her Christ-centered guidance, I learned how to slow down, stay grounded in faith, and stop living in constant emotional reaction. For the first time in a long time, I felt safe being vulnerable without shame. In a short time, Pam helped me make more progress than years of off-and-on counseling, and the transformation in both my personal and professional life has been profound” - Michelle M.

“Before working with Pamela, our marriage was falling apart. We were sleeping in separate rooms and heading toward divorce. Through Pamela’s biblical guidance and coaching, we learned how to communicate differently, rebuild respect, and reconnect emotionally. Today, after 42 years of marriage, we genuinely feel like newlyweds again. Our marriage was truly transformed.” - Sherry & Duane G.

“Before working with Pamela, I felt spiritually stuck, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from true peace. Although I had been a Christian my entire life, Pamela helped me understand and engage with Scripture in a way that completely transformed my relationship with God. Through our work together, I became more grounded, emotionally aware, hopeful, and confident than years of previous counseling had ever helped me. I wholeheartedly recommend her.” - Amy H.
