Marketing & Social Media Toolkit
As a Certified CHM you may desire to use our resources within your marketing, or you may want to begin marketing your own business, or non-profit. We thought this toolkit could help get you started with thinking about how you will approach even your marketing from a Biblical perspective.
Marketing Avenues-
How you market and who you market to is really up to you! Below are some recommendations for marketing your programs to give you some parameters if it helps!
Group Marketing- If using our programs, we would recommend marketing a program at a specific start date and with a specific # of women in mind. Being able to say “on August 10th I will be taking a group of women through….I only have 15 spots available so message me soon if you are interested before spots fill up.” A team dynamic is helpful when marketing program so women can do the program together. I would even suggest giving those women a private facebook group during the 5 weeks that they could write on and share together how the program is going for them!
Single Marketing- There may be times where individual women reach out to you to do mentoring, or perhaps you are integrating our programs into your personal business or ministry. You are welcome to take individual women through the programs at any time. The programs never expire, so you are able to do one program for a few rounds and then switch to another program and then go back to an old program and revamp for women who might have missed it a year ago. If women reach out to us at Women Becoming Whole we will also be divvying out those individuals to our CHM’s if you would like to take clients who reach out to us as well!
Marketing Strategies:
Ideas to help you get clients: These are just ideas. You do not have to do any of these, but hopefully they help you build a network for you as a Christian Health Mentor. The more established you are, the more opportunity you have to get women in your programs.
Lifestyle- As a CHM, your life reflects the work you are putting in. Start by working on yourself, so when other women come to you, or they see what you are doing on social media they are looking up to you and the way you glorify God with your life while caring about health and wellness.
Business Cards- There are always opportunities to share with women what you do, and being able to pass out a card can be very helpful! For cheap business cards we recommend vistaprint.com!
Networking- Find opportunities to network in your day to day life. You can also network at local networking events, women’s gatherings, events, or start a facebook group etc.
Church community- The women in your church should be some of the first women you think of! What better way to mentor others, than women who you already know are desiring to follow the Lord.
Social Media - Make videos, take pictures, post about the programs, get creative and involved with marketing to get women interested.
Blog - Starting a blog so women know more of who you are and your passions can help women feel more comfortable starting a program with you! If starting a blog sounds overwhelming, we are always looking for more bloggers to write for u! Email womenbecomingwhole@gmail.com if you are interested. We will promote your blog and your IG account on our social media networks.
Website - To establish yourself as a Christian Health Mentor and a showcase who you are, what you do, and what you provide. (If you need help with website design you can schedule a Business Consult with Jaime and she can walk you through how she designed her site and help you get started)
