The WBW Network is a community of women who are already serving in a Biblical Counseling or Holistic Wellness field that want to partner together to support clients through WBW.

NETWORK CONTRACTORS WILL RECEIVE…

Monthly Payment Through WBW: All independent contractors will be paid an hourly fee (discussed at interview) for providing specialized holistic biblical counseling services, specialized wellness services, or both.
Our Support: We will refer those looking for services to network contracted members & promote you on our social sites.
A Featured Bio With Link to our Online Scheduler: You will have your name and business information shown on our WBW Network page as well as a full bio page where individuals can find you & schedule with you based on your desired availability.
Online Network Membership Page: You will have access to our private network page for quick resource links and scheduled ongoing support sessions with Jaime.
Resource & Homework Database: You will have access to our online resource database to help aid in your counsel.
Community Support: Join our quarterly WBW Network Member meetings to receive ongoing support, encouragement, and collaboration with fellow counselors and wellness professionals.

All network members must have an active business (sole proprietor, LLC, S Corp, or a nonprofit) in order to apply.

Holistic Biblical COUNSELOR Requirements:

To join the WBW Network as a Holistic Biblical Counselor, applicants must meet one of the pathways below:

**PATHWAY 1: Those with a Counseling Background**

Must have ONE of the following:

Certified Biblical Counselor Certification
Professional Christian Counselor title (MFT, LPCC, etc.)
B.A. or M.A. in a counseling-related field

AND must also complete:

CHM Certification (required for all counselors, even if you are already trained)

PATHWAY 2: Those With No Prior Counseling Background

If you do not already have counseling training, you must complete our:

CHM + HBC Combined Certification

(Both are required to meet competency for counseling roles)

Holistic WELLNESS PROFESSIONAL Requirements:

To join the WBW Network as a Holistic Wellness Professional, applicants must meet the pathway below

PATHWAY: Must have BOTH of the following:

Specialized training in a field of wellness services including: Health/lifestyle/financial/business coaching, complementary and alternative therapies, nutrition, or holistic medicine.

CHM Certification (required for all wellness professionals)

STEP 1

-I BELIEVE Jesus is the Son of God and is equal with God, as is the Holy Spirit (John 1:1, 49; Philippians 2:5–11)
-I BELIEVE Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; John 8:29)
-I BELIEVE Jesus was crucified to pay the penalty for our sins (Matthew 26:28; 1 Corinthians 15:2–4)
-I BELIEVE Jesus rose from the dead (Luke 24:46; Mark 16:6)
-I BELIEVE We are saved by the grace of God; that is, we cannot add to or take away from Christ’s finished work on the cross as full payment for our sin (Ephesians 2:8–9)
-I BELIEVE God created human beings distinctly as male and female (Gen 1:27). The distinctness, complementarity, and relational nature of the human race as “male and female” is based on the created order given by God when He created humanity “in His image” (Gen 1:26-27; 5:1-3; 9:6; 1 Cor 11:7; Jam 3:9; 2 Cor 3:18; Eph 4:23-24; Col 3:10), and these establish a normative connection between biological sex and gender.
-I BELIEVE The Old Testament, as well as the New Testament, communicates the equally high value and dignity which God attached to the roles of both men and women (Gen 1:26-27, 2:18; Gal 3:28). Both Old and New Testaments also affirm the principle of male headship in the family and in the covenant community, specifically relating to the role of pastor (one who exercises authority over a congregation) being for men only. (Gen 2:18; Eph 5:21-33; Col 3:18-19; 1 Tim 2:11-15).
-I BELIEVE Wellness is a means to glorify God, but not the primary responsibility as a Christ follower. In other words, a relationship with God, and spiritual transformation is more important than physical transformation.
-I BELIEVE In worshipping the Creator (God) over creation.

STEP 2

Before joining, you must complete a 30 minute phone interview with Jaime to make sure your background, qualifications, and beliefs align with our network standards.
