The WBW network is made up of individual women who have businesses, ministries or nonprofits either within the realm of Holistic Counseling or Holistic Wellness! This is something we are very excited about as we have found WBW has become a hub where many women are looking for counseling and wellness services. Instead of creating a team within WBW we have created a network so we can utilize all of the amazing individuals LIKE YOU who already have their businesses, ministries, or nonprofits and are ready to serve individuals!

NETWORK CONTRACTORS WILL RECEIVE…

Monthly Payment Through WBW: All contractors will be paid $65.00 per. hour (unless otherwise agreed upon) for providing specialized holistic biblical counseling services, specialized wellness services, or both.
Our Support: We will refer those looking for services to network contracted members & promote you on our social sites.
A Featured Bio With Link to our Online Scheduler: You will have your name and business information shown on our WBW Network page as well as a full bio page where individuals can find you & schedule with you based on your desired availability.
Online Network Membership Page: You will have access to our private network page for quick resource links and scheduling ongoing support sessions with Jaime.
Resource & Homework Database: You will have access to our online resource database to help aid in your counsel.
SUPPORT OPTIONS: You can choose between either of the two options annually.
- 2 Complimentary 1/1’s with Jaime: You can have 2 (45 minute) complimentary consults with Jaime annually to help you in your business or counseling/wellness ministry if you desire.
You can apply to join the network any time if you have completed one of our certification programs and are able to provide specialized services WBW is not able to currently offer to individuals.

NETWORK QUALIFICATIONS…

-Minimum Criteria: All network individuals must have gone through either the HBC Certification program or the CHM Certification program (the network is open to all individuals within the United States, but you must be able to provide services in English).

Holistic COUNSELOR Requirements:

Counselors can be Certified Biblical Counselors or Professional Christian Counselors (MFT, LPCC, etc.) who have a focus on Holistic Christian Counseling.

You must either have:
- A Biblical Counseling certification or a B.A./M.A. in a counseling field along with at least a completed CHM Certification and profide specialized counseling support.
- Completed our HBC Certification program.
You must have a business, nonprofit, or ministry set up to allow for taking in clients via WEBSITE, EMAIL, or PHONE.

Holistic WELLNESS PROFESSIONAL Requirements:

Holistic Wellness professionals are individuals who provide services in the below areas:

Health/lifestyle coaching, complementary and alternative therapies, nutrition, & holistic medicine.

You must have:
- Specialized training in a field of wellness services along with a completed HBC Certification or CHM Certification.
A business, nonprofit, or ministry set up to allow for taking in clients via WEBSITE, EMAIL, or PHONE.

STEP 1

-I BELIEVE Jesus is the Son of God and is equal with God, as is the Holy Spirit (John 1:1, 49; Philippians 2:5–11)
-I BELIEVE Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; John 8:29)
-I BELIEVE Jesus was crucified to pay the penalty for our sins (Matthew 26:28; 1 Corinthians 15:2–4)
-I BELIEVE Jesus rose from the dead (Luke 24:46; Mark 16:6)
-I BELIEVE We are saved by the grace of God; that is, we cannot add to or take away from Christ’s finished work on the cross as full payment for our sin (Ephesians 2:8–9)
-I BELIEVE God created human beings distinctly as male and female (Gen 1:27). The distinctness, complementarity, and relational nature of the human race as “male and female” is based on the created order given by God when He created humanity “in His image” (Gen 1:26-27; 5:1-3; 9:6; 1 Cor 11:7; Jam 3:9; 2 Cor 3:18; Eph 4:23-24; Col 3:10), and these establish a normative connection between biological sex and gender.
-I BELIEVE The Old Testament, as well as the New Testament, communicates the equally high value and dignity which God attached to the roles of both men and women (Gen 1:26-27, 2:18; Gal 3:28). Both Old and New Testaments also affirm the principle of male headship in the family and in the covenant community, specifically relating to the role of pastor (one who exercises authority over a congregation) being for men only. (Gen 2:18; Eph 5:21-33; Col 3:18-19; 1 Tim 2:11-15).
-I BELIEVE Wellness is a means to glorify God, but not the primary responsibility as a Christ follower. In other words, a relationship with God, and spiritual transformation is more important than physical transformation.
-I BELIEVE In worshipping the Creator (God) over creation.

Before joining, you must complete a 30 minute phone interview with Jaime to make sure your background, qualifications, and beliefs align with our network standards.
